Laser hair removal at Beauty Clinic Synergy uses the Italian Laser Modula DL 808 diode laser — operating at 808 nm, the wavelength most selectively absorbed by melanin in the hair follicle, with integrated HPC cooling that allows faster treatment passes than older systems. The 808 nm wavelength penetrates to the bulb and bulge of the hair follicle, where the intense heat destroys the follicle while leaving the surrounding skin intact. All skin types are suitable, and sessions are typically scheduled every four weeks to target follicles in the active growth phase. A full treatment course of 6–10 sessions achieves permanent reduction of 80–90 per cent of treated hair.

Who is this for?
Adults wanting permanent reduction of unwanted hair on the face, body or intimate zones — particularly those who have experienced skin irritation from waxing or shaving, or who want a faster protocol than older IPL devices allow.
Preparation required
Shave the treatment area 1–2 days before (leave 0.5–1 mm stubble — do not wax or pluck for at least 4 weeks before). Avoid sun tanning or self-tanning products for 4 weeks before. No photosensitising medications during the course. Apply SPF 50+ to treated areas for 2 weeks after each session.
