RF Microneedling (Secret RF 2.0)

Secret RF 2.0 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the skin to tighten laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the deeper dermis to stimulate collagen and firm the skin, making it well suited to early jowls, crêpey eye-area skin and the neck. The clinic also offers a gentler UltraFrax RF option. A short course gives the most noticeable lifting and tightening.

Secret RF 2.0 is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled RF energy released from the needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. While the micro-needles trigger a surface healing response, the radiofrequency heats the dermis in a way associated with contraction of existing collagen and the formation of new collagen and elastin — giving a firming, tightening effect that plain microneedling cannot achieve on its own. Expect redness and a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with little other downtime.
