EMSELLA is a treatment chair that strengthens the pelvic-floor muscles to help with urinary leakage and stress incontinence — you simply sit on it, fully clothed, for the session. It uses HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic) energy to trigger thousands of supramaximal pelvic-floor contractions, far more than anyone could perform voluntarily, re-educating neuromuscular control. EMSELLA addresses weakness of the pelvic-floor muscles, a common cause of stress urinary incontinence — the leakage that happens with coughing, laughing, lifting or exercise — as well as urge symptoms.
