MRI Scan
Duration
30 min
MRI of the upper abdomen covering liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, and adrenal glands. Superior soft-tissue contrast for lesion characterisation without radiation.
The abdominal MRI at Bader-MR provides detailed imaging of the solid abdominal organs including liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, and adrenal glands. The examination can be performed native or with intravenous gadolinium contrast (EUR 50 add-on) depending on the clinical question. For liver-specific assessment, the upper abdomen scan can be combined with MRCP (magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography) at EUR 350 for a comprehensive hepatobiliary evaluation. Standalone MRCP is also available at EUR 290 for patients with known biliary or pancreatic duct pathology. The entire abdomen (upper and lower) can be scanned together for EUR 500. MRI's lack of ionising radiation makes it suitable for patients needing serial surveillance imaging, particularly in oncology follow-up.
