B-Orto's adult clear aligner programme uses custom 3D-printed transparent foil aligners to straighten teeth without visible metal brackets or wires. Starting from an intraoral 3D scan, a personalised sequence of progressive aligner trays is manufactured in-house, each worn for approximately two weeks before switching to the next in the series. Patients monitor their own progress between visits using the DentalMonitoring smartphone app, submitting regular scans that MUDr. Baumruk reviews remotely — reducing the number of required in-person appointments. Treatment is comfortable, discreet, and designed to fit around a busy adult lifestyle.

About this treatment

Clear aligner therapy at B-Orto is built around a fully digital clinical workflow, from the initial 3D intraoral scan through to in-house aligner fabrication and remote progress monitoring via DentalMonitoring.

Digital workflow

  1. 1 Initial orthodontic assessment with MUDr. Jiří Baumruk — clinical examination, occlusal analysis, jaw X-ray (NewTom digital radiography), photographs, and digital intraoral 3D scan.
  2. 2 Treatment plan — the 3D scan data is used to plan the complete tooth movement sequence digitally. The patient reviews the predicted outcome before treatment begins.
  3. 3 Aligner fabrication — a full set of custom transparent foil aligners is 3D-printed in-clinic from medical-grade materials.
  4. 4 Treatment — aligners are worn for approximately 20–22 hours per day, removed only for eating, drinking (anything other than water), and brushing. Each tray is worn for approximately two weeks before progressing to the next.
