Platelet-rich plasma uses a small sample of your own blood, spun to concentrate its platelets and growth factors, which is then injected to stimulate skin repair and rejuvenation. The clinic also offers platelet-rich fibrin (Mesoregen), a second-generation preparation that releases growth factors more gradually. A short course gives the most noticeable results.
