The 360-Grad Check-up is built for anyone who wants a single appointment to cover cardiovascular health, metabolic function, organ status, lung capacity, and vascular integrity in one visit. Available at the Bogenhausen and Solln locations -- the two Munich clinics equipped with the full diagnostic suite including ultrasound and ECG -- the programme runs approximately 75 minutes for the initial assessment. The physical examination is followed by cardiac echocardiography to evaluate chamber dimensions, valve function, and ejection fraction. Carotid artery ultrasound measures intima-media thickness, an established early marker of systemic atherosclerosis. Abdominal ultrasound screens liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, and aorta. Spirometry quantifies lung function, establishing a baseline for tracking respiratory health over time. The resting ECG captures cardiac rhythm and conduction. Blood work goes well beyond the standard panel: in addition to a complete blood count, the laboratory analysis includes over 30 values spanning cardiovascular risk markers (LDL, HDL, triglycerides, lipoprotein(a)), metabolic parameters (fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin), organ function (liver, kidney, pancreas), thyroid hormones, and selected micronutrients.
