An implant-supported crown is the visible, tooth-shaped restoration fixed onto a dental implant once it has integrated with the bone. At AURUM it is made to match the shape and shade of the surrounding teeth and completes the implant treatment begun with the surgical placement. Priced at 3,500–4,000 zł depending on material, it restores the look and chewing function of a single tooth. The clinic also provides conventional crowns and bridgework as part of its prosthetic care.

About this treatment

An implant-supported crown is the final stage of replacing a missing tooth with a dental implant. After the titanium implant has integrated with the jawbone, an abutment and a custom-made crown are attached to it, recreating the appearance and function of a natural tooth. The crown is crafted in a dental laboratory to match the colour, shape and contour of the neighbouring teeth so that the restoration blends in.
