Per the public /cennik/, session length within the pack is flexible up to 120 minutes — sessions inside the pack do not have to be locked at 60 minutes.
The pack is positioned for clients who already know the chamber suits them and want a short, contained protocol rather than a one-off entry. Who is this for?
Clients with a short-course recovery or wellness protocol — post-illness immune support, sports recovery cycles, short anti-inflammatory courses. Not a substitute for clinical-grade ≥2.0 ATA HBOT — for that, see the high-pressure chamber session.
Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2–3 hours before each session. Wear comfortable clothing without metal fastenings or strong fragrances. Inform staff of any cold/flu symptoms — ear-equalisation can be uncomfortable when congested. Bring a water bottle. Sessions are not advised during pregnancy, with active middle-ear infection, untreated pneumothorax, or recent ear surgery. Schedule sessions a few days apart for the typical short-course protocol.
