A mid-tier comprehensive health screening covering blood chemistry, organ function panels, cardiovascular markers, cancer screening, ultrasound imaging, and a doctor consultation. The Royal package provides significantly more depth than basic screening tiers, adding imaging and specialist blood markers to the standard laboratory work.
The Royal Health Screening Package at ATA Medical sits at the mid-point of their three structured screening tiers, offering a meaningful step up from basic blood-and-urine packages without the full imaging suite of the top-tier Marvel. It is designed for individuals who want thorough laboratory coverage combined with ultrasound imaging in a single half-day visit. The blood work component covers a complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel including liver enzymes (AST, ALT, GGT, ALP, total bilirubin), kidney function markers (creatinine, urea, eGFR), a full lipid profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), fasting glucose, and HbA1c for three-month blood sugar trends. Inflammatory markers and uric acid round out the metabolic picture. Cancer screening markers are included at this tier, with PSA for male participants and CA-125 for female participants, along with CEA as a general tumour marker. These serological tests complement the imaging components by flagging biochemical signals that imaging alone might miss. The ultrasound component evaluates the abdominal organs — liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas, and spleen — screening for masses, cysts, gallstones, fatty liver, and structural abnormalities. For female participants, a pelvic ultrasound may be included depending on the specific package variant. Cardiovascular assessment includes a resting electrocardiogram and blood pressure measurement. The ECG screens for arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, and ischaemic changes that might warrant further cardiac investigation. All findings are compiled into a structured report, with a doctor consultation to walk through results, explain abnormal values, and recommend follow-up testing or lifestyle modifications. The entire visit typically takes two and a half to three hours from registration through the final consultation. Same-day appointments are available at all four ATA Medical locations across Singapore.
