Astria Medical Aesthetics offers the Hair Regrowth Protocol, a two-step regenerative treatment designed to address androgenetic alopecia, diffuse hair thinning, and early-stage hair loss. While the protocol uses exosomes rather than traditional PRP, it operates on a similar principle of delivering bioactive growth factors directly to the scalp to stimulate follicular activity and improve the scalp microenvironment. The treatment begins with Morpheus8 RF microneedling applied to the scalp. The combination of microneedling and radiofrequency energy creates micro-channels in the scalp tissue and delivers thermal energy to the deeper dermis, improving blood circulation to the hair follicle bulb, promoting angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), and inducing a growth-factor-rich healing response in the perifollicular tissue. This creates optimal conditions for follicular reactivation and improved nutrient delivery to existing follicles.
