About this treatment
PRP plasma therapy at Asklepion – Estetické centrum Komfort in Jihlava (known colloquially as the 'vampire facial' or 'vampire lift') harnesses the body's own regenerative biology. A small volume of the patient's blood — typically 20–30 ml — is drawn and centrifuged to separate the plasma fraction that is enriched in platelets. The treatment session: A nurse draws 20–30 ml of blood from the patient's arm into sterile PRP collection tubes. The sample is centrifuged for approximately 8 minutes at the clinic. The resulting platelet-rich plasma (with a 5–8× platelet concentration above baseline) is drawn into injection syringes. The physician then injects the PRP across the target area using a micro-papule technique or a cannula for deeper volumetric areas.
For enhanced effect, PRP injection at ECK can be combined with microneedling on the same visit — the microneedle channels create thousands of dermal openings through which additional PRP is massaged topically, amplifying uptake.
