At 3.0T, the magnetic field strength is twice that of a standard 1.5T scanner, delivering significantly superior signal-to-noise ratio and spatial resolution. This translates to sharper images, more confident diagnoses, and the ability to detect subtle pathology that lower-field systems may miss. The 70 cm wide bore improves patient comfort, particularly for those with claustrophobia or larger body habitus. AsiaMedic's MRI programme covers a comprehensive range of clinical indications. Brain and spine MRI remains the most commonly requested, used to evaluate neurological symptoms, disc herniations, spinal cord compression, and early dementia changes.
