Arte Clinic removes age spots and uneven pigmentation with eMatrix, a fractional bipolar radiofrequency system that resurfaces the skin through a grid of micro-zones while leaving surrounding tissue intact for fast healing. Beyond fading pigment, the collagen response brightens and mildly tightens the treated skin. Results appear within 5–7 days and remodelling continues for about two months.
About this treatment
eMatrix uses 'sublative' fractional radiofrequency: an applicator tip with a matrix of electrodes delivers bipolar RF energy into the skin in a fractional grid pattern, creating controlled micro-zones of thermal effect beneath and within the epidermis while the surrounding untreated skin drives rapid recovery. Unlike pigment-targeting lasers, which rely on light absorption by melanin, RF energy works through controlled heating and resurfacing — making…
The treatment effect is two-fold. First, the micro-resurfacing lifts pigmented, sun-damaged surface layers, which exfoliate as fine micro-crusts over the days following treatment. Second, the dermal heating triggers fibroblast activation and new collagen, improving brightness, texture, and mild laxity over the following two months.
A session takes roughly 30–45 minutes with numbing cream beforehand. Expect redness and mild swelling for about 24 hours and tiny micro-scabs that shed naturally within days; healing cream is applied for at least four days and water contact is avoided for the first 24 hours. Visible improvement appears at 5–7 days, with full collagen-driven gains by two months.
