Vaser Lipo Liposuction

Vaser Lipo at Arte Clinic is ultrasound-assisted liposuction that selectively emulsifies fat before removal, sparing surrounding nerves, vessels, and connective tissue. The result is less bruising, a gentler recovery, and simultaneous skin tightening compared with conventional liposuction. Performed under local anaesthesia in 2–3 hours, it treats the abdomen, flanks, thighs, back, arms, knees, and male chest, and is also suited to revision liposuction.

Vaser (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) is a third-generation ultrasound-assisted liposuction system. After the treatment area is infiltrated with tumescent anaesthetic solution, a fine ultrasound probe emits pulsed energy that resonates with and breaks apart fat cells, turning the fat layer into an emulsion that is then aspirated through thin cannulas with far less mechanical force than traditional liposuction. The selectivity matters: because the ultrasound targets the low-density fat cells while leaving the fibrous connective-tissue matrix, blood vessels, and nerves largely intact, patients typically experience markedly less bruising and a faster, more comfortable recovery. The preserved connective scaffold plus thermal stimulation also drives skin retraction over the treated area — making Vaser appropriate for body zones where loose skin after fat removal is a concern, and for secondary (revision) liposuction where scar tissue from a previous procedure complicates conventional techniques. Arte Clinic performs Vaser Lipo under tumescent local anaesthesia in roughly 2–3 hours, treating areas including the abdomen and flanks, inner and outer thighs, back, arms, knees, mons pubis, and male breast tissue (gynecomastia). Patients are discharged the same day. Recovery: a compression garment is worn for 4–6 weeks; light activity resumes within 2–3 days and exercise after 3–4 weeks.
