Chemical peels at Arte Clinic use glycolic acid in graded concentrations (20–70%) plus citric acid blends to exfoliate, brighten, and even out the skin. Performed by trained medical staff in a clinic setting, the 30-minute treatment addresses dull tone, enlarged pores, pigmentation, fine lines, and acne-prone skin on the face, neck, décolletage, back, shoulders, and hands. A course of 3–7 sessions delivers progressive improvement.
About this treatment
Glycolic acid is the smallest alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), which lets it penetrate the upper skin layers efficiently. Applied at controlled concentration and contact time, it loosens the bonds between dead corneocytes, accelerating exfoliation and cell turnover. The visible results: brighter, smoother skin, more even tone, refined pores, softened fine lines, and improvement of superficial pigmentation and acne-prone congestion. Regular peeling also enhances…
Arte Clinic works with superficial glycolic peels in stepped concentrations — 20%, 35%, 50%, and 70% — alongside citric acid, selecting and escalating strength according to skin type, condition, and prior peel tolerance. Treatment areas include the face, neck, décolletage, chest, shoulders, back, and backs of the hands.
A session takes about 30 minutes: cleansing and degreasing, controlled acid application, neutralisation, and a calming post-treatment protocol. Mild tingling during application and temporary pinkness afterwards are expected; visible flaking is usually light with superficial peels.
