About this treatment
Brazilian Butt Lift — autologous gluteal fat grafting — is one of the most technically demanding body contouring procedures, requiring both liposuction expertise for fat harvest and precision injection technique to achieve natural-looking gluteal augmentation. At Art Ethic Beauty Clinic, the procedure is performed by doc. MUDr. Martin Molitor, Ph.D., MBA under general anaesthesia in one to four hours.
The first phase is fat harvest via tumescent liposuction from selected donor sites — most commonly the abdomen, flanks, lumbar area, and thighs. The extraction creates a secondary benefit: slimming of the donor region that, in combination with added gluteal projection, accentuates the waist-to-hip ratio. The harvested fat is processed by low-speed centrifugation to isolate pure, viable adipocytes from blood, serum, and cellular debris.
The processed fat is then injected through multiple small entry points distributed across the gluteal region. Injections are made in small aliquots through the subcutaneous and intramuscular layers in a fanning pattern that distributes the grafted cells as broadly as possible — maximising contact with blood supply and improving graft survival.
