Micro-injection of customised active-ingredient cocktails directly into the middle layers of the skin to deeply hydrate, brighten and revitalise the complexion. At Arsderma mesotherapy uses fine-needle injections to deliver hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals and amino acids precisely where they are needed, bypassing the surface barrier that limits topical products. The treatment addresses skin dehydration, dullness, loss of elasticity and early fine lines. Sessions are 3,500 Kč and a course of three to four sessions is recommended.
Mesotherapy was developed in the 1950s as a technique for delivering therapeutic substances into the mesodermal layer of tissue, and its application to aesthetic dermatology centres on the ability to deliver highly concentrated active ingredients directly into the dermis where they can act — bypassing the stratum corneum, which limits how much of a topical product actually penetrates. At Arsderma the practitioner uses a series of tiny injections spaced across the treatment area, each delivering a small deposit of the active cocktail at a shallow depth of one to four millimetres. The cocktail is selected at the consultation based on the primary skin concern. A hydration protocol centres on low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid that binds water and plumps the skin from within, restoring the turgor that dehydrated skin loses. A brightening protocol adds vitamin C, glutathione and other antioxidants to address uneven pigmentation and dullness. An anti-ageing formulation combines hyaluronic acid with a complex of amino acids, peptides and B vitamins to stimulate fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis, improving elasticity and softening fine lines over a course of treatments. Arsderma also offers hair mesotherapy, using similar principles to deliver growth factors and nutrients to the scalp. The sensation is a series of mild pricking points across the face; topical anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand to increase comfort, particularly on more sensitive zones. Immediately after the session the skin may show small red injection points and mild swelling, which typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours, leaving the skin looking refreshed and more luminous as the actives take effect. Some patients notice an immediate boost in radiance, while the deeper benefits — improved elasticity, reduced fine lines — build progressively over a course of three to four sessions spaced two to three weeks apart, with maintenance sessions every two to three months thereafter. Mesotherapy is well suited to adults noticing early signs of ageing, dehydration, dullness or mild pigmentation, and to those preparing for an event where a noticeably refreshed appearance is wanted. It also pairs well with other treatments at the clinic, such as chemical peels or microneedling, as part of a skin-health programme. Full medical contraindications are reviewed at consultation.
