Laser-based skin rejuvenation that uses targeted light energy to address sun damage, uneven pigmentation, fine lines and skin laxity. At Arsderma the laser platform enables photo-rejuvenation by selectively targeting melanin in pigment spots and stimulating dermal collagen remodelling. Pigment lesions darken immediately and shed within ten to fourteen days; collagen improvement builds progressively. From 3,000 Kč per session for the face.
Laser skin rejuvenation at Arsderma uses a targeted light-energy approach to address multiple signs of photoageing and skin texture deterioration simultaneously. The laser emits light at a wavelength selectively absorbed by melanin, the pigment responsible for sun spots, age spots and superficial freckles. Upon absorption, the light energy converts to heat within the pigmented cells, breaking them apart so that the body's immune system can clear them gradually over the following one to two weeks. During this process the pigment spots characteristically darken first — a normal and desirable sign that the laser has targeted the pigment — before fading and shedding with normal skin turnover. Beyond pigment correction, the thermal action in the dermal layer stimulates fibroblasts to increase collagen synthesis. This collagen-remodelling effect improves skin firmness, softens fine surface lines and reduces the appearance of enlarged pores over a series of treatments. The combined result is skin that is more evenly toned, smoother in texture and firmer — the classic photo-rejuvenation outcome. At Arsderma the session begins with skin cleansing and, if needed, a thin layer of cooling gel. The practitioner passes the laser handpiece methodically across the face; each pulse feels like a brief snap or warmth on the skin. For larger areas such as the face and neck the session takes approximately forty minutes. After treatment the skin may be pink or mildly warm, settling within a few hours to a day. For the first ten to fourteen days the targeted pigment spots will be slightly darker and more visible before they shed; this is part of the normal clearance process and patients are advised not to pick at treated areas. Sun protection with SPF 50+ is mandatory throughout and after a course of laser treatments. Tanned skin is a contraindication for this treatment; the clinic asks patients to avoid deliberate sun exposure or tanning beds for four weeks before each session. A course of three to five sessions spaced three to four weeks apart is recommended for meaningful improvement in both pigment and skin quality, with maintenance sessions once or twice a year. Full contraindications are reviewed at the consultation.
