Dedicated scalp mesotherapy programme for hair thinning and alopecia, using active preparations injected directly into the scalp dermis to stimulate hair follicle activity. Four protocols are available: the Dr.Cyj Hair Filler formula (a patented seven-peptide complex clinically studied for androgenetic alopecia), PRP (platelet-rich plasma from the client's own blood), PRF (platelet-rich fibrin with sustained growth factor release), and exosome therapy (cellular signalling vesicles). Sessions are administered with topical scalp anaesthetic. A course of 3–6 sessions at 3–4 week intervals is recommended.

Preparation required
Wash hair on the day of treatment. Avoid aspirin 2 days before. Come hydrated. If choosing PRP or PRF, blood draw is performed in clinic before the session.
