RF Microneedling — Vivace

With 31 depth settings, the practitioner can target the superficial dermis for fine lines and pore refinement, or penetrate deeper for scar remodelling and tissue tightening. The combination of two stimuli — the micro-channels created by the needles and the thermal injury from RF — may trigger a more substantial collagen-remodelling response than either stimulus alone. The gold coating on the needles is associated with lower electrical resistance and more predictable energy delivery compared with stainless steel. At Arendarska Care, the session begins with thorough cleansing of the treatment area followed by application of topical anaesthetic cream, which is left on for approximately 30–45 minutes. Once the skin is numb, the practitioner makes systematic passes with the Vivace handpiece, adjusting depth and intensity by zone. The full-face treatment takes approximately 45–60 minutes from start to finish. Redness and minor pinpoint bleeding are normal and typically resolve within 24 hours; most clients return to normal activity the same day.
