PRP / PRF Mesotherapy — Own Plasma

Type

Mesotherapy

Duration

45 min

What's included

5 deliverables in this treatment

  • Blood draw and centrifuge preparation of PRP or PRF
  • Local anaesthetic (cream or injectable) before injections
  • Micro-injection of autologous plasma across treatment zone
  • Post-treatment aftercare instructions and preparation guidance for the next session
  • Follow-up series planning with 3–5 session protocol

Autologous plasma mesotherapy using PRP (platelet-rich plasma) or PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) isolated from your own blood and injected into the target area. Because the preparation is derived from your own biology, the risk of allergic reaction is eliminated. The treatment may support cell renewal, collagen production, and tissue regeneration — applications at this clinic include facial skin quality, hair loss (alopecia), hypertrophic scars, stretch marks, and body skin laxity. Sessions are performed under local anaesthesia and take 15–30 minutes of active treatment time. A series of 3–5 sessions at 3–4 week intervals is recommended for optimal results.

About this treatment

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) therapies use the patient's own blood as the starting material, making them among the most biologically compatible regenerative procedures available. At Arendarska Care, a small volume of blood is drawn, then centrifuged to separate and concentrate the platelet fraction. PRP yields a liquid concentrate administered immediately; PRF uses a slower centrifugation protocol that produces a fibrin gel…

Once the preparation is ready, local anaesthetic cream or injectable anaesthesia is applied to the treatment zone. The plasma is then delivered via a series of micro-injections — either by hand needle or via the Vital Injector 2 multi-needle device, depending on the area and depth required. The whole session typically takes 15–30 minutes of active treatment time. Minor redness and pinpoint bruising are common and resolve within 24–48 hours.

Applications at this clinic cover a wide range: - Facial rejuvenation: Wrinkles, loss of skin firmness, discoloration, and age spots on the full face, eye area, neck, and décolleté. - Alopecia: Scalp injections to support hair follicle activity for both male and female pattern hair loss. - Hypertrophic scars: Series from 1,500 Kč/session to soften raised and discoloured scars. - Stretch marks: Body area application for skin texture improvement.
