Non-invasive plasma surgery using PLEXR by GMV — the world's first certified medical plasma device, registered with the Czech State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). The device generates an electrical arc between the handpiece tip and the skin surface without physically touching the tissue, creating precise micro-damage points that tighten, remove, or resurface tissue at a surgical level — without incisions, stitches, or general anaesthesia. Applications include upper and lower eyelid tightening (non-surgical blepharoplasty), crow's feet, perioral and upper lip wrinkles, neck skin tightening, pigment spots, moles and fibromas, and acne scars. Recovery is 1–2 weeks; a topical anaesthetic cream is applied before treatment.

PLEXR plasma surgery at Arendarska Care uses the GMV PLEXR device — registered and market-authorised for medical use in the Czech Republic by the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL). PLEXR was the first medical-grade plasma device to enter the global aesthetic medicine market, and the GMV platform remains the clinical benchmark against which other plasma devices are measured.

The device works by ionising atmospheric nitrogen gas between the handpiece tip and the skin surface, creating a small plasma arc that touches the skin without physical contact. Each arc delivers controlled micro-thermal energy at a precise point, causing immediate sublimation of the superficial skin layer and producing a tiny brown dot — known as a carbon crust — at each application point. The crust is a marker of the controlled damage, which triggers…
