Injectable fat-dissolving treatments for body and facial contouring, using lipolytic agents (Prostrolane Inner B and SE, Lemonbottle, CellBooster Shape) that are injected directly into localised fat deposits. The active compounds disrupt adipocyte (fat cell) membranes, releasing stored lipids into the interstitium where they are removed via the lymphatic system over the following weeks. Applications include submental (double chin) fat, jowl area, localised body fat (abdomen, flanks, knees). Multiple sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart are standard; the number of vials per session depends on the area and volume.
About this treatment
Injection lipolysis at Arendarska Care uses a portfolio of leading lipolytic agents to address localised adipose deposits that do not respond readily to diet and exercise. Korean-manufactured premium lipolytic preparations. Prostrolane Inner B uses a proprietary compound combination targeting adipocyte membranes with a high safety profile. The SE variant (Special Edition) is formulated for more sensitive areas. Both products are used for facial fat (buccal fat, double chin, jowl) and small body areas.

Preparation required
Stay well hydrated in the days before treatment. Avoid anti-inflammatory medication and blood thinners 24 hours prior. Arrive with clean skin. After treatment, avoid heat and vigorous exercise for 48 hours and support lymphatic drainage with gentle movement.
