Per session, you can expect: a pre-session health screen and contraindication review, entry into the chamber with a medical escort if needed, pressure equalisation (ear-clearing, similar to descending in an aircraft), 45–60 minutes of pure O2 breathing at target pressure, then gradual decompression. Sessions are typically prescribed as a course of 10–20 exposures depending on the indication.
