The programme combines the internationally recognised TheraSuit Method with ARCADA's proprietary ARCA Therapy in a therapeutic cage, TheraTogs elastic orthotic suits, and a full multidisciplinary team. Each day includes individual kinesiotherapy, soft tissue techniques, speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration, physical therapies (electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, laser), and specialised device work with MOTOMed, INNOWALK Pro robot, ERGO4BRAIN, and SOUNDSORY headphones. The 14-day intensive block achieves measurable progress that would require months of conventional weekly therapy.

About this treatment

The ARCA Neuro Intensive programme at ARCADA NeuroMedical Center is a compressed, high-intensity neurorehabilitation block designed on the principle that neuroplasticity — the brain's ability to reorganise and form new neural connections — responds most powerfully to massed, high-repetition practice in a dedicated therapeutic environment.

The programme runs over 14 consecutive days, with therapy typically delivered 5–6 hours per day in individual and small group sessions. The core methodology combines:

What clients say

"Davídek came to ARCADA with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. After intensive neurorehabilitation, his motor development improved in ways his family had not expected — ARCADA's team worked with him individually every day of the 14-day block. (Patient story from arcada-center.com)"

"Kamilka's story shows what intensive therapy can achieve: consistent progress across multiple programme blocks, with the ARCA cage and TheraSuit method making the difference for her movement control. (Patient story from arcada-center.com)"
