Eyeliner Micropigmentation — Permanent Eyeliner

Eyeliner micropigmentation at AR aesthetics creates a lasting line along the upper and/or lower lash line, eliminating the need for daily eye pencil application. Three technique styles are available: Lash Line (inter-lash) fills the natural gaps between lashes for the most invisible and natural effect — the eye looks defined without any obvious liner; Elegant Look draws a defined line with a customisable subtle wing for a polished finish; Nude Shadow creates a soft diffused gradient that visually opens and enlarges the eye. All three are performed using topical local anaesthetic and certified German pigments. Alesia Rybak and Anna both specialise in eye techniques. Results last 2–3 years. Permanent eyeliner (mikropigmentace očních víček) is among the most technically precise areas of micropigmentation. The eyelid skin is thinner and more mobile than the brow or lip, the lash-margin anatomy demands accurate needle placement, and the proximity to the eye requires particular attention to both safety and client comfort. AR aesthetics offers three distinct styles to address different aesthetic intentions. Lash Line (inter-lash fill) places pigment dots between and along the base of the lashes, filling the natural gaps that make lashes look sparse and the eye look undefined. When healed, the result looks as though the client simply has full, dark lashes — there is no visible liner. This is the most natural technique and the most popular choice for everyday wear. Elegant Look extends the lash-line fill with a defined edge and a subtle wing at the outer corner, which the artist customises in length and angle to suit the client's eye shape and personal preference. The effect is a clean, polished liner that saves a significant amount of daily makeup time. Nude Shadow deposits a diffused, gradient pigment that fades softly from the lash base upward rather than drawing a hard line. The effect is similar to smudged kohl or a soft smoky eye — it enlarges the eye and adds dimension without looking made-up. This technique is particularly effective for clients with deep-set or hooded eyelids. For all techniques, the area is numbed with topical anaesthetic gel before proceeding, and an additional numbing agent is applied during the procedure as needed. The session runs 60–90 minutes including consultation and design. Clients who wear contact lenses must remove them before the appointment; any eyelash extensions must be removed beforehand to allow clean access to the lash line. Healing follows the same 30-day cycle as other micropigmentation: initial puffiness for 24–48 hours, surface scabbing from day 4–7, and a lighter-looking dormant phase before the retained colour settles. A correction appointment within 4 weeks allows any adjustments to symmetry or density. Results last 2–3 years, with upper-lid liner generally retaining pigment longer than lower-lid work. Preparation: remove contact lenses before arriving. Ensure any eyelash extensions are removed in advance. Stop antibiotics 14 days before the procedure. Discontinue blood-thinning medications 10 days prior. Avoid mascara on the day of the appointment. Contraindications (absolute): epilepsy, keloid tendency, fever or active infection, blood clotting or bleeding disorders, active cancer treatment, hepatitis B/C, HIV/AIDS, first-trimester pregnancy. Eye-specific absolute contraindications: active eye inflammation or infection, elevated intracranial pressure, documented allergy to adrenaline (as contained in some anaesthetic formulas).
