Microneedling (Dermapen)

Microneedling with the Dermapen device uses a cluster of fine needles oscillating at speed to create thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin. These tiny, controlled injuries trigger the body's natural wound-healing response, prompting fresh collagen and elastin that firm the skin and refine its surface over the weeks that follow. The micro-channels also help active serums applied during the treatment penetrate more effectively.

At Klinika Anna Pikura the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream applied before treatment, which takes around half an hour to an hour depending on the area.
