RF Microneedling (Secret RF 2.0)

Secret RF 2.0 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the deeper skin to tighten laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the dermis to stimulate collagen and firm the skin, making it well suited to early jowls, crêpey eye-area skin and the neck. Optional tropocollagen or exosome boosters support recovery. A planned course gives the most noticeable lifting.

Secret RF 2.0 is a radiofrequency microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled radiofrequency energy released from insulated needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. While the micro-needles trigger the surface healing response, the radiofrequency heats the dermis to contract existing collagen and prompt new collagen and elastin formation, giving a firming, tightening effect that plain microneedling cannot achieve on its own. At this clinic the area is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around forty-five to sixty minutes. Expect redness and a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with little other downtime. It is particularly useful for early skin laxity — softening jowls, firming the lower face and neck, and improving crêpey skin around the eyes — as well as enlarged pores and some scarring, and can also be used on the décolleté, hands and certain body areas. Because results build as collagen remodels, a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart is recommended, with effects continuing to improve over the following months and maintenance once or twice a year.
