TempSure™ Envi by Cynosure at Angel Longevity Medical Center is a monopolar radiofrequency device designed for non-invasive skin tightening and facial rejuvenation. Unlike fractional laser platforms that work by creating discrete micro-injuries in a fractional pattern, TempSure delivers continuous radiofrequency energy through the skin's surface to uniformly heat the dermis to a therapeutic temperature — typically in the range of 40–45°C — for a sustained period determined by the device's TempSure intelligent algorithm, which monitors tissue temperature in real time and modulates energy delivery to maintain the target thermal dose. Heating the dermis to this sustained temperature range is associated with two primary biological effects: immediate collagen fibre contraction (tightening of existing collagen fibrils that denature partially and shorten at elevated temperatures) which may produce visible lifting shortly after the session, and longer-term stimulation of fibroblast activity and new collagen synthesis that develops over weeks to months as the tissue healing response generates fresh collagen. TempSure Envi is designed for facial, neck, and décolletage treatment, addressing skin laxity, jowling, neck banding, fine lines, and loss of jawline definition that develops with age-related collagen depletion.
