IndiScalp RF is Anagen Scalp's radiofrequency-based scalp conditioning treatment, designed to address one of the frequently overlooked contributors to hair loss: chronic scalp inflammation and collagen degradation in the dermal layer surrounding hair follicles. The treatment uses controlled delivery of radiofrequency (RF) energy into the scalp dermis to generate targeted thermal stimulation. At the cellular level, RF energy causes controlled heating of collagen fibres, triggering a wound-healing cascade that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin. This remodelling of the extracellular matrix around follicles improves the structural support for hair shafts and creates a healthier microenvironment for follicle cycling. In addition to collagen stimulation, the mild thermal effect of RF energy reduces sebaceous gland overactivity and scalp inflammation, both of which can contribute to follicle miniaturisation and premature hair loss. RF therapy has been shown to down-regulate pro-inflammatory cytokines in scalp tissue, reducing the chronic low-grade inflammation associated with androgenetic alopecia and seborrhoeic dermatitis.
