The 'lunch-break lift' at AMEM Zlín: resorbable threads inserted under the skin to mechanically lift soft tissue and biologically stimulate collagen as they dissolve. About this treatment
Thread lifting bridges the gap between injectables and surgery: it physically repositions tissue (something neither botulinum nor most fillers can do) without incisions, general anaesthesia or surgical downtime.
Thread types at AMEM
Mono threads (500 Kč/pc; PCLA polylactic 600 Kč/pc) — short smooth resorbable threads placed in a grid under lax skin. They do not pull tissue; instead, each thread becomes a scaffold around which the skin builds new collagen, progressively firming and thickening crepey areas: under the chin, the neck, lower cheeks, around the mouth, even the brow. Typically 10–40 threads per zone depending on size.

Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication or supplements 48 hours before. Arrive with clean skin. After barbed threads: sleep on your back, avoid wide mouth opening, dental procedures, facial massage and sauna for 2 weeks. Plan social downtime of a few days for possible bruising.
