Autologous platelet-rich plasma treatment using the Swiss Regen Lab preparation system — the clinic draws a small amount of your own blood, separates the platelet-rich fraction in a certified closed tube, and injects the concentrated plasma back into the skin of the face. Platelets release growth factors that switch on fibroblast activity, collagen production and microcirculation, improving skin density, tone, fine lines and overall freshness with zero risk of allergic reaction, since nothing foreign is injected. AMEM offers pure A-PRP (one tube, 5,500 Kč) or a combined protocol adding 2.5 ml of mesotherapy actives to the plasma (8,800 Kč). First visible changes typically appear after about three weeks as regeneration progresses.
About this treatment
Platelet-rich plasma ('vampire facial' in popular media) is one of the most biologically grounded skin-regeneration treatments available: it uses your body's own wound-healing machinery, concentrated and redirected into ageing skin.
How it works
Blood is drawn exactly as for a lab test, then centrifuged in the Regen Lab closed-tube system — a Swiss medical device standard that keeps the preparation sterile and standardises platelet concentration. The resulting golden plasma layer contains platelets at multiples of normal blood concentration. Injected intradermally, the platelets degranulate and release growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF) that stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen and…
Good to know
- System
- Regen Lab (Switzerland) — certified closed-tube preparation
- Material
- 100% autologous — your own plasma, no allergy risk
- Visible effect
- From ~3 weeks, building over months
- Downtime
- Redness/micro-papules 1–3 days
- Course
- 2–3 sessions ~1 month apart for best results
Who is this for?
Skin quality and density loss, fine lines, tired dull complexion, under-eye crepiness, clients preferring fully natural autologous treatment
Preparation required
Arrive well hydrated — it improves the blood draw and plasma yield. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and anti-inflammatory medication (ibuprofen, aspirin) for 48 hours before, as they blunt the platelet response. Come without makeup if possible. Mild redness may last up to 3 days.
