Body contouring with the Alma LipoLife 3G laser liposuction platform at AMEM's Zlín operating theatre. Fat is loosened and aspirated through a thin cannula under local tumescent anaesthesia — you stay awake and can even check the result in different positions during the procedure. The integrated 360° laser fibre releases fat cells intact rather than breaking them apart, making aspiration gentler, and simultaneously stimulates collagen so the overlying skin contracts and tightens instead of sagging. Typical areas include abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs, back, buttocks, arms, knees and — thanks to the precision of the laser — small zones such as the double chin and neck. The operation takes 1–2 hours; a complete home recovery kit with two compression garments and medication is included.
About this treatment
Liposuction permanently removes fat cells from a treated area — once aspirated, fat storage in that zone is permanently reduced. AMEM Zlín performs both classic tumescent liposuction and laser-assisted liposuction with the Alma LipoLife 3G system, performed by plastic surgeon MUDr. Hana Skeřilová, who works with this device at several sites in the Czech Republic.
Why laser-assisted
In conventional tumescent liposuction fat cells are mechanically broken up before aspiration. With LipoLife, a laser fibre inside the cannula illuminates the tissue around it through 360°, releasing whole fat cells for gentler, more uniform aspiration.
