Non-surgical reduction of small, stubborn fat deposits at AMEM Zlín using fat-dissolving injections billed transparently per millilitre (from 350 Kč/ml). About this treatment
Injection lipolysis (popularised as 'fat-dissolving injections' or lipolytic mesotherapy) is the needle-based answer to localised fat that resists diet and exercise — too small to justify liposuction, too stubborn to vanish on its own.
How it works
The injected solution (classically deoxycholate-based — the same family as the substance the body itself uses to emulsify dietary fat) disrupts the membranes of adipocytes in the treated pad. The released lipids are then metabolised through the liver over 4–8 weeks. Destroyed fat cells do not regenerate, so with stable weight the result is lasting.

Preparation required
