Medical injection therapy for thinning hair and alopecia at AMEM Zlín, built on three complementary modalities. A-PRP platelet-rich plasma (Regen Lab, 5,500 Kč) concentrates your own growth factors and injects them into the scalp to reactivate weakened follicles and extend the hair growth phase. Cellbooster Hair (6,900 Kč) is a patented Swiss CHAC-stabilised complex of nutrients engineered for follicle support — stronger than conventional mesotherapy. Classic scalp mesotherapy (1,990 Kč) delivers vitamins and actives as an affordable maintenance option. Treatments are performed in courses, typically monthly, with photographic tracking; best results come from starting early while follicles are miniaturised but still alive.
About this treatment
Hair thinning — androgenetic, diffuse (after stress, illness, childbirth, weight loss) or early alopecia — responds best when treated while follicles are still present. Injection therapies deliver biological signals and nutrients directly to the follicle level, where shampoos and oral supplements struggle to reach effective concentrations.
The three modalities at AMEM
A-PRP plasma (5,500 Kč/session) — blood is drawn and processed in the Swiss Regen Lab closed-tube system to concentrate platelets; the plasma (~4–6.5 ml) is then micro-injected across the thinning zones. Preparation required
Wash your hair the morning of treatment and avoid styling products. For PRP: hydrate well, avoid alcohol 24 hours and anti-inflammatories 48 hours before. Do not wash hair until the next day. Persistent patchy or scarring hair loss should first be assessed by the dermatology team.
