Preparation required
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen and fish-oil supplements 24–48 hours before to reduce bruising. Arrive without makeup if possible. Postpone if you have an active cold sore (for lip treatments) or skin infection. Avoid sauna, intense exercise and pressure on the area for 48 hours after.
