Preparation required
Arrive with clean skin if possible. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil) for 24–48 hours before to limit bruising. Do not rub the area, lie flat, exercise or use a sauna for the rest of the treatment day. Not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
