Platelet-rich plasma rejuvenation using the RegenLab A-PRP system. A small sample of the patient's own blood is processed to concentrate platelets and their growth factors, which are then injected into the skin by mesotherapy to stimulate new collagen and hyaluronic acid and improve skin perfusion. About this treatment
Autologous platelet-rich plasma (A-PRP) rejuvenation uses the regenerative signalling found in a person's own blood. A small venous sample is drawn and spun in a closed system to separate and concentrate the platelets, which are reservoirs of growth factors such as PDGF, TGF-β and VEGF. Preparation required
Expect mild pricking during injection, redness for a few hours and swelling that usually settles by the next day; occasional bruising is possible. Make-up can normally be worn the following day.

Priced per session by area. Under or around the eyes, or the upper lip including radial lip lines: 3,500 Kč for one ampoule, or 5,000 Kč combined with hyaluronic acid in the same session. Cheeks, around the mouth or forehead: 6,000 Kč for two ampoules, or 9,000 Kč combined with hyaluronic acid. Other areas are quoted at consultation.
