Removal of moles, skin tags and other benign skin lesions, preceded by a free dermatoscopic examination with a Heine dermatoscope. At Ambulance estetické dermatologie MUDr. Mojmír Müller lesions can be removed by laser (vaporised or excised with the CO2 or diode laser, with no bleeding and no sutures) or by surgical methods such as sharp-spoon abrasion, cryocautery or radiocautery — also suture-free. Histology can be arranged when a sample needs laboratory assessment.

Local anaesthesia is available as an injection or as a topical preparation (EMLA cream or 12% lidocaine in Pentravan) so the procedure is comfortable, and where a lesion needs laboratory confirmation a histology sample can be sent for dermatohistopathological assessment. Dermatoscopic examination is free within the consultation. Laser removal (CO2 Slim E30 or Velure S5 diode): 1,500 Kč for the first lesion, from 500 Kč each additional lesion in the same session. Surgical/other removal without sutures: sharp-spoon abrasion 500 Kč (from 300 Kč each additional), cryocautery or radiocautery 500 Kč (from 300 Kč each additional).
