What's included
3 deliverables in this treatment
- Ozonated saline infusion (100–250 ml) prepared under aseptic conditions
- IV cannula insertion by clinical staff
- Medical monitoring during infusion
Ozone infusion delivers a measured volume of ozone-enriched saline (100–250 ml) directly into the bloodstream via IV drip, providing a systemic ozone stimulus without the need for blood extraction. A small volume of the patient's blood is gently ozonated and then reintroduced within the saline carrier, giving the body an ozone impulse for immune activation, tissue oxygenation, and metabolic support. At Amazing Medical, this is the most accessible entry point into systemic ozone therapy — less intensive than the 10-pass protocol but suitable for regular maintenance, general immune strengthening, and recovery from fatigue or illness.
About this treatment
Ozone infusion (ozonová infuze) at Amazing Medical offers a gentler route to systemic ozone exposure than the 10-pass hemotherapy protocol, making it a practical choice for clients new to ozone therapy or those using it as a regular wellbeing maintenance tool rather than for acute clinical indications.
The mechanism involves preparing a sterile ozonated saline solution — in some protocols a small quantity of the patient's blood is incorporated into the infusion to personalise the immune stimulus. The prepared solution, typically 100–250 ml in volume, is then administered via a standard IV drip over approximately 30–45 minutes. Ozone's principal biological actions at this dose include:
- Improved tissue oxygenation: Ozone increases the deformability of red blood cells and elevates 2,3-DPG levels, enhancing oxygen delivery to peripheral tissues.
- Immune modulation: Low-dose ozone acts as a mild immunostimulant, supporting innate immune function and upregulating anti-inflammatory cytokine profiles over a treatment course.
- Antioxidant enzyme induction: The mild oxidative stress created by ozone paradoxically triggers upregulation of the body's endogenous antioxidant defences (superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase).
- Antimicrobial action: Ozone has direct virucidal, bactericidal, and antifungal properties at contact, relevant in chronic or recurrent infection presentations.
