Preparation required
Bring a written summary of your current symptoms, any existing diagnoses, and a list of medications or supplements you are taking. Bring previous blood test results if available — even standard GP panels provide a useful baseline. There is no fasting requirement for the consultation itself. If a SIBO breath test or DUTCH panel is being ordered at the same visit, the clinic will provide specific preparation instructions for those tests in advance.
