PRP Plasmalifting (Skin & Hair)

Plasmalifting at Altos Klinika uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient's own blood to stimulate skin regeneration in the face, neck, décolleté or scalp. Single-tube treatment of one area costs 4,900 Kč, with enriched protocols combining PRP with amino acids or mesotherapy cocktails at 7,500 Kč and a dedicated PRP-plus-RRS-Hair scalp protocol at 5,500 Kč.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy concentrates the platelets from a small sample of the patient's own blood and re-injects them into the skin or scalp, where released growth factors may stimulate fibroblast activity, collagen production, microcirculation and — on the scalp — hair follicle function. Because the material is autologous, allergy risk is minimal, making PRP a popular regenerative option for patients who prefer biologically derived treatments over synthetic injectables. Altos Klinika's menu spans several protocols. Standard plasmalifting of one area (face, neck, décolleté or backs of hands) costs 4,900 Kč with one tube of processed plasma, or 5,900 Kč with two tubes for denser coverage. Two enhanced versions cost 7,500 Kč: plasma enriched with amino acids to supply building blocks for collagen synthesis, or plasmalifting combined with a mesotherapy cocktail of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants in one session. For hair thinning, PRP is combined with RRS Hair — a clinical mesotherapy formulation for the scalp — at 5,500 Kč per session. The clinic recommends repeating treatment three times (typically at 3–4 week intervals) for the best results, as regenerative effects are cumulative. Sessions take about an hour including the blood draw and centrifugation; expect possible pinpoint redness or mild swelling for a day. Results develop gradually over weeks as tissue quality improves.
