Medical ozone therapy applies a precisely dosed ozone-oxygen mixture with the aim of supporting tissue oxygenation, microcirculation and the body's antioxidant response. While evidence quality varies by indication, ozone protocols are widely used in continental European complementary medicine for skin conditions, slow-healing tissue and inflammatory complaints, and Altos Klinika delivers them within a physician-supervised dermatology clinic. The menu is unusually wide for a Prague aesthetic clinic, with every protocol priced at 5,000 Kč per session: ozone infusion therapy (40 minutes, systemic application), ozone mesotherapy (60 minutes, micro-injections of ozonated mixture into the skin), an acne protocol (60 minutes) exploiting ozone's antibacterial action against Cutibacterium acnes, wound and fresh-scar support (30 minutes), diabetic foot care (30 minutes), rheumatoid joint protocols for a single joint zone or both feet (30 minutes), an osteochondrosis protocol (40 minutes), a detoxification protocol (40 minutes), and body-fat correction sessions covering one or two areas (60 minutes). Courses of several sessions are usual, planned to the indication. Patients with significant cardiovascular disease, clotting disorders, hyperthyroidism or pregnancy should flag these at consultation, as ozone therapy may not be suitable. The clinic also offers a 'Cinderella' brightening IV infusion at 4,900 Kč and carboxytherapy (CO2 micro-injections) from 5,000 Kč per area for patients interested in adjacent gas-based and infusion treatments.
