Microneedling at Altos Klinika creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin to trigger collagen induction and boost the absorption of active serums, at 4,900 Kč per area with a 3-session subscription for 14,990 Kč. An anti-fibrotic variant using PB enzyme serums targets scars and fibrotic skin changes.

Microneedling (collagen induction therapy) uses a motorised array of fine needles to create micro-perforations in the epidermis and superficial dermis. The controlled injury may switch keratinocytes and fibroblasts into repair mode — producing new collagen and elastin over the following weeks — while the open micro-channels dramatically increase penetration of actives applied during the session. It is a versatile workhorse for texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, post-acne scarring and overall skin quality, with far less downtime than ablative lasers. Altos Klinika charges 4,900 Kč per treated area — face, décolleté or backs of the hands — and offers a three-treatment subscription at 14,990 Kč, in line with the standard protocol of 3 or more sessions spaced about a month apart. A specialised anti-fibrotic version combines microneedling with PB serums (enzymatic preparations) for scarred or fibrotic skin: 4,900 Kč with one ampoule, 5,900 Kč with two, and 6,990 Kč with three. Microneedling also appears in the clinic's scar and stretch-mark correction menu alongside the fractional CO2 laser, giving patients a graded choice of intensity. Skin is typically pink for 24–48 hours, similar to mild sunburn; makeup is avoided on day one and sun protection is essential during the course. The treatment is performed in a clinical dermatology setting, allowing combination planning with peels, PRP and laser treatments.
