Biorevitalization at Altos Klinika delivers non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the skin through a grid of micro-injections, deeply hydrating the dermis and stimulating its own regeneration. Treatments start at 7,900 Kč depending on area and product volume, with a more intensive dermarevitalization protocol available from 14,900 Kč.

Biorevitalization differs from dermal fillers in both material and goal: instead of cross-linked volumising gel placed at specific points, it uses free (non-cross-linked) hyaluronic acid — often with vitamins and amino acids — distributed across the whole treated area in micro-depots. The aim is not to add shape but to restore the skin's water-binding capacity, elasticity and glow, and to may stimulate fibroblasts into producing fresh collagen and elastin. It is particularly suited to dehydrated, dull or 'tired' skin, smokers' skin, early fine lines, and preparation or recovery around stronger procedures such as laser resurfacing. Common zones are the face, neck, décolleté and backs of the hands — areas where crepey, thin skin responds well to deep hydration. At Altos Klinika a biorevitalization session starts at 7,900 Kč, with the final price reflecting the size of the area and the quantity of product used. The clinic also offers dermarevitalization — a deeper, more concentrated revitalising protocol — from 14,900 Kč per treatment. As with mesotherapy, effects build over a short series (commonly 2–4 sessions a few weeks apart), then maintenance once or twice a year. Expect small papules at injection points for up to 24–48 hours as the product disperses; makeup should be avoided on the first day.
