Lip augmentation is one of the most technique-sensitive filler procedures: the goal is volume and definition that respects natural lip anatomy — the vermillion border, philtrum columns and the slight eversion of a youthful lip — rather than uniform inflation. At Altos Klinika, lip modelling is performed by the clinic's aesthetic physicians using soft, lip-formulated hyaluronic acid gels such as Juvéderm Ultra Smile and Stylage LIPS.

Pricing runs from 7,900 to 12,900 Kč per 1.0 ml, with the final figure depending on the filler the physician recommends and the amount used; many first-time patients need only 0.5–1 ml for a natural result. An anaesthetic cream is applied before injection (charged separately at 200–550 Kč) and a blunt cannula can be used for a 500 Kč surcharge, which may reduce bruising and swelling in this vascular area.

Expect mild swelling for 24–72 hours — lips often look slightly fuller immediately after treatment than they will once settled. Results typically last 6–12 months. The clinic advises avoiding intense heat, sport and pressure on the lips for the first days. Patients prone to cold sores should mention this at consultation, as filler treatment can trigger reactivation and preventive medication may be advised.
