Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing at Altos Klinika uses an Italian DEKA laser to ablate micro-columns of aged or damaged skin, stimulating collagen remodelling for texture, wrinkle and scar improvement. The clinic offers full-face, neck, décolleté and hand protocols, optionally combined with radiofrequency for deeper tightening, plus targeted fractional CO2 treatment of individual scars and stretch marks.
About this treatment
Ablative fractional CO2 resurfacing remains one of the most effective single procedures for photo-aged skin: the laser vaporises microscopic columns of tissue while leaving surrounding skin intact, triggering wound-healing cascades that may remodel collagen over the following months. Visible benefits are typically reported for fine and moderate wrinkles, sun damage, uneven texture, enlarged pores, acne scarring and surgical scars.
Altos Klinika operates a DEKA CO2 platform — the same Italian manufacturer used in many university dermatology departments — under the care of MUDr. Ilya Opanasyuk, the clinic's laser dermatology specialist. Full-face resurfacing costs 53,000 Kč, or 60,000 Kč when combined with radiofrequency energy for additional dermal tightening. Smaller zones (neck, décolleté, backs of hands) are 26,500 Kč each, and a lighter 30-minute superficial resurfacing pass is…
Expect several days to two weeks of redness and peeling depending on depth; strict sun avoidance and a structured aftercare routine are essential. A physician consultation (3,000 Kč) determines depth, zones and whether RF combination is appropriate. The procedure is generally scheduled in autumn–winter months to minimise UV exposure during healing.
