Multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart are typically needed, as the laser only disables follicles in their active growth phase.

Diode laser epilation works by delivering light energy that is absorbed by melanin in the hair shaft and converted to heat at the follicle, which may permanently reduce regrowth in treated areas. Because only follicles in the anagen (growth) phase respond, a course of roughly 6–10 sessions at 4–8 week intervals is standard for substantial, lasting reduction. Altos Klinika's published price list covers an unusually granular set of zones — upper lip, chin, beard area, brow corrections, nostrils, ears, underarms, hands, forearms, full arms, chest, nipple area, abdomen, midline, full back, shoulders, buttocks, inguinal area, brazilian variations, thighs, calves and full legs — so patients pay only for the exact area treated. Underarms cost 2,490 Kč per session, a full brazilian 5,490 Kč, and complete lower legs-to-thighs treatment 7,990 Kč.
