The breast MRI component uses dedicated breast coils on the 3-Tesla scanner to screen for breast cancer without radiation, complementing rather than replacing standard mammography.

The Premium Plus programme for women extends the two-day Premium format with dedicated breast MRI, providing radiation-free breast cancer screening that is particularly valuable for women with dense breast tissue — a condition affecting roughly 40% of women in which mammographic sensitivity is reduced because dense tissue appears white on mammograms, potentially masking tumours. Breast MRI uses intravenous gadolinium contrast to highlight areas of increased blood flow, a hallmark of active tumour growth. The 3-Tesla scanner produces higher spatial resolution than 1.5-Tesla systems, improving detection of small lesions. While breast MRI has higher sensitivity than mammography, it also produces more false positives, which is why it is generally recommended as a complement to, rather than replacement for, standard mammographic screening. Day one covers the cardiac prevention suite (resting ECG, stress ECG, echocardiography, spirometry, blood work) and the whole-body MRI including the breast MRI sequences.
